Anti-Trafficking & Exploitation Policy
Peek does not condone human sex trafficking in any form. Peek Entertainment, LLC has zero tolerance for human trafficking, sexual exploitation, coercion, and the sexual exploitation of minors. All instances of suspected human trafficking will be reported to the proper authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), the Federal Bureau of Investigation, U.S. Department of Homeland Security Investigations and relevant state, local or international law enforcement.
1. Our commitment
Peek exists so that consenting adults can share and enjoy content on their own terms. That only works when every person on the platform is there freely, is who they say they are, controls their own account and receives their own earnings. We design the Service, our policies and our enforcement to protect that principle, and we work with law enforcement and child-safety organisations to keep traffickers and abusers off the platform.
2. What is prohibited
The following are strictly prohibited and result in immediate removal, permanent termination, forfeiture of funds where lawful, and a report to authorities:
- Recruiting, advertising, transporting, harbouring, obtaining or profiting from any person for a commercial sex act through force, fraud or coercion, or where the person is under 18 (regardless of consent).
- Any content depicting, describing or sexualising a person under 18, real or apparent, including AI-generated or drawn depictions.
- Offering, arranging or soliciting in-person sexual services, escort services or prostitution, or using Peek to advertise or facilitate them.
- Publishing content of any person who has not given informed, documented consent, or who was intoxicated, incapacitated or unable to consent.
- Operating a creator account on behalf of another person, or controlling another person’s account, content or earnings, other than as an openly disclosed assistant who is not the beneficiary of the earnings.
- Debt bondage, confiscating documents, threats, blackmail (“sextortion”), or any other means of controlling a creator or member.
- Sharing, or threatening to share, intimate content or personal information to coerce anyone.
3. How we prevent exploitation
- Everyone is age-verified. No one can access the Service without passing age verification through an independent provider. Creators must also pass identity verification before publishing or being paid.
- Creators control their own accounts. Creator accounts are tied to the verified individual. Payouts go only to accounts in the creator’s own name. We investigate signs of third-party control, such as shared devices, IP addresses or payout details across multiple creator accounts.
- Consent and record-keeping. Creators must hold age and consent records for every person who appears in their content and produce them on request. See our § 2257 Statement.
- Content screening. We use automated tools, including hash-matching against known child sexual abuse material and keyword screening for solicitation and trafficking indicators, together with human review.
- Payments through a regulated processor. All payments run through a licensed payment processor with its own anti-money-laundering and know-your-customer controls. Off-platform payment solicitation is banned.
- Training. Staff who review content or handle reports are trained to recognise indicators of trafficking and coercion.
4. Reporting to authorities
When we identify or receive a credible report of suspected trafficking, exploitation or content involving a minor, we:
- Remove the content and suspend the accounts involved;
- Preserve the content, account information, messages, IP and payment records as evidence, as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2258A and other applicable law;
- Report apparent child sexual abuse material to NCMEC’s CyberTipline, as required by federal law;
- Report suspected human trafficking to the appropriate law enforcement agency, including the FBI, Homeland Security Investigations and/or local police, and cooperate fully with any resulting investigation and lawful process;
- Withhold and, where lawful, forfeit any funds connected to the conduct.
We do not notify the reported account of a report where doing so could endanger a victim or compromise an investigation.
5. How to report a concern
