Terms of Service

Effective September 24, 2026 · Last updated October 1, 2026

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Peek Entertainment, LLC (“Peek Entertainment”, “Peek”, “we”, “us”). They govern your access to and use of the Peek website, progressive web app, and related services (together, the “Service”). By creating an account, tapping “I Accept”, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Complaints & Content Removal Policy, Anti-Trafficking & Exploitation Policy and DMCA & Copyright Policy, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Adults only. Peek is an 18+ platform that hosts creator content which may be adult-oriented, suggestive or sexually explicit. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) and complete age verification before you can access the Service.

1. Plain-language summary

This summary is for convenience only; the full Terms control.

  • You must be 18+ and verify your age through our third-party verification partner.
  • Members can follow creators, view public and “Sneak Peek” teaser posts, subscribe to paid plans, love, save and comment on posts, and message creators they hold a Full or Elite subscription with.
  • Creators can post photo and text content with audience controls, set up subscription plans, message subscribers and receive payouts.
  • Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period.
  • Every post a creator uploads is reviewed by our team before it is published (Section 12). Nothing goes live until it has been approved.
  • Zero tolerance for minors, non-consensual content, trafficking, coercion or in-person sexual services. Violations are removed, accounts are terminated and, where required or appropriate, reported to law enforcement.
  • Anyone can report content or ask for content they appear in to be removed. Complaints are resolved within 5 business days, every decision can be appealed, and unresolved appeals go to an independent neutral reviewer at our expense.
  • Content you buy access to is licensed to you for personal viewing inside Peek. Downloading, screen-recording or redistributing it is prohibited.
  • Disputes are resolved by binding individual arbitration (Section 21) unless you opt out within 30 days.

2. Eligibility and age verification

  1. Minimum age. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. If the law where you live sets a higher age for viewing adult content, that higher age applies.
  2. Verification. Before you can access the Service you must complete age verification through our verification partner. The partner processes your identity document or facial age estimate and returns only a pass/fail result, a session reference and a timestamp to Peek. We do not receive or store copies of your documents. Creators must additionally complete identity verification before publishing content or receiving payouts.
  3. Accuracy. You must provide true and current information. Attempting to bypass or defeat age verification, or helping anyone else do so, is a material breach and may be reported.
  4. Legality. You may only use the Service where it is lawful to do so. You are responsible for compliance with the laws of your location, including laws regarding adult content.
  5. Sanctions. You may not use the Service if you are located in a country embargoed by the United States or are on a U.S. government restricted-party list.

3. Your account

  1. Sign-in. Peek uses passwordless sign-in. We send a one-time code to your email address; entering it signs you in and keeps you signed in on that device for up to one year unless you sign out.
  2. One person, one account. You may hold one member account. Do not share your account, sign-in codes or device with anyone else. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  3. Handle. Your handle must be 3–20 characters (letters, numbers, underscore, period). Handles that impersonate others, infringe rights or violate Section 9 may be reclaimed or changed by us.
  4. Security. Keep your email account secure. Tell us immediately at services@thepeekentertainment.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
  5. Discretion. Peek is designed for discreet use. You choose what to reveal in your profile, bio and messages. Never share government ID, financial details, home address or other sensitive information with other users. We are not responsible for information you choose to disclose to others.

4. Members and Creators

The Service has two kinds of accounts:

  • Members browse and follow creators, view content according to its access level, subscribe to plans, love, save and comment on posts, and message creators where their plan allows.
  • Creators are independent adults who publish content, offer subscription plans and interact with members. Any age-verified member can apply to become a creator directly in the app (Profile → Become a creator); creator status requires identity verification, a completed application with the attestations and content and likeness consent in Section 10, and approval by Peek. Section 10 contains additional creator terms.

Creators are not employees, agents or partners of Peek Entertainment. Peek is a platform that facilitates the relationship between creators and members; it does not create the content and is not a party to any private arrangement between users.

5. Content access levels

Creators choose an audience for every post:

  • Public – viewable by any signed-in, age-verified user.
  • Followers – viewable by users who follow the creator.
  • Sneak Peek – shown blurred in feeds as a teaser; the full post unlocks with a qualifying subscription.
  • Subscribers – viewable by Full and Elite subscribers.
  • Elite – viewable by Elite subscribers only.

Access to locked content is a feature of the relevant active subscription and ends when the subscription ends. Direct messaging with a creator is a perk of Full and Elite plans unless the creator opens a conversation with you.

6. Subscriptions, tips and payments

  1. Payment processor. Payments are processed by our third-party merchant, CCBill, through a hosted checkout. By purchasing you also agree to the processor’s terms. Peek never receives your full card number. Charges appear on your statement under the processor’s billing descriptor, which will not reveal the nature of the purchase.
  2. Plans. Creators offer standard monthly plans (for example Sneak Peek, Full Content and Elite Content) at the prices shown at checkout. Prices are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise and may include applicable taxes where we are required to collect them.
  3. Automatic renewal. Paid subscriptions renew automatically every 30 days at the then-current plan price until you cancel. By subscribing you authorise recurring charges to your payment method.
  4. Cancelling. Cancel anytime from Profile → My Subscriptions. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Subscribing to a different plan with the same creator replaces your existing plan with that creator.
  5. Tips. Tips are voluntary, one-time payments to a creator and are non-refundable once delivered.
  6. Refunds. Because content is delivered digitally and immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law, where a creator’s content was removed for violating these Terms before you could reasonably access it, or where we decide in our discretion to grant one. Refund requests go to services@thepeekentertainment.com.
  7. Chargebacks. Contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in suspension of your account and recovery of the disputed amount.
  8. Failed payments. If a renewal fails, your subscription and its access lapse at the end of the paid period. We may retry the charge.
  9. Price changes. If a creator or Peek changes a plan price, the new price applies from your next renewal after we notify you.
  10. Off-platform payments. Soliciting or making payments for content or interaction outside the Service (including sharing payment handles) is prohibited and may lead to termination.

7. Your content and licence to us

  1. Ownership. You keep all rights you hold in the content you post, including photos, captions, comments, profile information and messages (“Your Content”).
  2. Licence. To operate the Service you grant Peek Entertainment a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable (to our service providers only) licence to host, store, reproduce, resize, compress, blur, watermark, display, transmit and distribute Your Content solely to provide, promote (creator content only, and only with your account’s promotion settings) and improve the Service and to enforce these Terms. The licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for (a) copies in routine backups for a limited time, (b) content that other users have already lawfully accessed under a subscription, and (c) records we must keep for legal, safety or accounting purposes.
  3. Representations. For every item of Your Content you represent that you own or have all necessary rights and consents; that every person depicted was at least 18 years old at the time of creation and gave informed, documented consent to being depicted and to the content’s distribution on Peek; and that it complies with Section 9 and all applicable law.
  4. Feedback. Suggestions you send us may be used without obligation to you.

8. Licence to view content

Subject to these Terms and your payment of applicable fees, Peek and its creators grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable, revocable licence to view content within the Service for your private, non-commercial use. You may not download, screenshot, screen-record, copy, scrape, re-upload, sell, share, publicly display or otherwise redistribute any content, or circumvent any access control. Doing so infringes the creator’s copyright and these Terms and may expose you to civil and criminal liability. Creators may pursue infringers directly and Peek will cooperate with them.

9. Prohibited content and conduct

You may not post, share, request, message or engage in any of the following. Items marked ⚠ are also reported to law enforcement or the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children where required or appropriate.

Absolutely prohibited

  • ⚠ Any content depicting, describing or sexualising a person under 18, including apparent, simulated, drawn or AI-generated minors, or any use of the Service by a minor.
  • ⚠ Human trafficking, sexual exploitation, coercion, or content produced under force, fraud or duress. See our Anti-Trafficking & Exploitation Policy.
  • ⚠ Offering, arranging or soliciting in-person sexual services, escorting or prostitution, or using the Service to facilitate commercial sex.
  • ⚠ Non-consensual intimate imagery, “revenge” content, hidden-camera content, or content of any person who has not given informed consent.
  • ⚠ Content depicting real or simulated non-consent, incapacitation, bestiality, necrophilia, incest between real family members, or serious physical harm presented as sexual.
  • Content that depicts or promotes violence, terrorism, self-harm, illegal drugs, weapons trafficking, or hatred against protected groups.

Also prohibited

  • Impersonating another person, brand or Peek staff; using another person’s images or identity; creating accounts for anyone other than yourself.
  • Harassment, threats, stalking, doxxing, blackmail (“sextortion”) or unwanted sexual advances toward any user.
  • Sharing personal information about another user without consent, including real names, locations, workplaces or contact details.
  • Posting content you do not have rights to, including other creators’ content, copyrighted material or trademarks.
  • Spam, unsolicited advertising, pyramid schemes, or links to malicious or competing off-platform paid content.
  • Circumventing payments, access levels, age verification, bans or rate limits; scraping, crawling, automating or reverse-engineering the Service; introducing malware; probing for vulnerabilities without written permission.
  • Posting misleading content about your identity, age, location or the nature of what a subscriber will receive.
  • Using the Service for money laundering, fraud or any other unlawful purpose.
  • Using AI to generate content depicting a real person without their documented consent, or presenting AI-generated content as a real person without disclosure.

10. Additional terms for Creators

  1. Application, verification and approval. You apply in the app by completing identity verification through our partner, providing your legal name, country and a description of your content, and confirming the attestations shown in the application (age, sole control of your account and earnings, consent and § 2257 records for anyone depicted, no exploitation, ownership of content, tax responsibility, and cooperation with the complaints process), and giving the separate content and likeness consent described in Section 10.12. We review applications within 5 business days and may approve, ask for more information, or decline. We may request re-verification at any time and may revoke creator status for breach of these Terms.
  2. Depicted persons. Before publishing content featuring anyone other than yourself, you must (a) verify that person is 18+ with government ID, (b) obtain and keep their signed, informed consent to appear and to distribution on Peek, and (c) provide those records to us within 48 hours when we request them through Profile → Records Requests. Content whose records cannot be produced will be removed.
  3. 18 U.S.C. § 2257. To the extent you produce sexually explicit content, you are the “producer” of that content and are solely responsible for creating, maintaining and making available the records required by 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 and 2257A and 28 C.F.R. Part 75. See our § 2257 Statement.
  4. Independent contractor. You are an independent business, not an employee or agent of Peek Entertainment. You control what you post, when, and at what price within the standard plan structure. You are responsible for your own taxes, business registrations and legal compliance.
  5. Earnings and fees. Peek collects payments from members on your behalf through the payment processor and retains a platform fee of 20% of gross member payments (plus applicable payment-processing costs and taxes) as consideration for the Service. The remainder is your earnings.
  6. Payouts. Earnings are paid to the payout method you configure (bank transfer or PayPal) on a weekly schedule once your balance exceeds US$50 and after a holding period of 7 days to cover refunds and chargebacks. Before your first payout you must provide tax information (IRS Form W-9 for U.S. persons, W-8BEN for others). We may issue tax forms and report earnings as required by law.
  7. Deductions and holds. Refunds, chargebacks, processor fees and amounts arising from your breach of these Terms may be deducted from your balance. We may hold or withhold payouts while an investigation into your account, content or depicted persons is ongoing, or where required by law or our processor.
  8. Your obligations to members. Deliver what your plan promises. Do not switch content that members have paid for to a higher tier, and do not remove all content immediately after collecting subscriptions.
  9. Managers and third parties. You must personally control your account and receive your own payouts. If you use an agency, manager or assistant, you must disclose this to us on request; they must never be the beneficiary of your earnings or the person appearing in your content without their own verification. See the Anti-Trafficking & Exploitation Policy.
  10. Promotion. Content you mark Public or Sneak Peek may be shown in discovery surfaces (Home, Explore) to promote your page. You can control this by changing a post’s access level or deleting it.
  11. Complaints and depicted persons. You must cooperate with reviews, appeals and neutral review under the Complaints & Content Removal Policy, must not retaliate against anyone who files a complaint, and accept that content in which a person appears will be disabled on that person’s request and permanently removed if their consent was not given or is void under applicable law.
  12. Content and likeness consent. Before you can upload any content you must give a separate, express consent, by ticking a dedicated box that is distinct from your acceptance of these Terms (in the creator application or, for creators approved before this requirement, before your next upload), acknowledging and agreeing that your content, including your image and likeness, will be used and displayed publicly on the Peek website. We keep a record of that consent with your application.
  13. Pre-publication review. Every post you upload is reviewed before it is published, as described in Section 12, and is not visible to members until it has been approved. We may decline to publish any content.

11. Direct messages, comments and notifications

  1. Messages and comments are private or semi-private communications between users and must comply with Section 9. We do not routinely read private messages, but we may access them to investigate reports, enforce these Terms, respond to legal process or protect safety, as described in the Privacy Policy.
  2. Sending a message to a creator does not create any obligation on the creator to respond, and payment for a plan does not guarantee any particular level of interaction.
  3. You may enable web push notifications per device and manage or remove devices under Profile → Notifications. We may send you transactional emails (sign-in codes, receipts, security notices) that you cannot opt out of while you have an account, and service announcements through your in-app inbox, push (if enabled) and email. You can turn announcement emails off under Profile → Notifications or with the unsubscribe link in any announcement email.

12. Content pre-screening, complaints, moderation and enforcement

Pre-screening of uploaded content

All content that creators upload for publication is reviewed before it is published, to ensure that it is not illegal and does not otherwise violate these Terms. No uploaded post is visible to any other user until this review is complete and the post has been approved. The process is:

  • Who can upload. Only creators whose identity and age have been verified, whose application has been approved, and who have given the separate content and likeness consent in Section 10 can upload content for publication.
  • Automated checks at upload. Each uploaded image is hash-matched against our list of blocked content (including known child sexual abuse material and content removed by legal order); a match is rejected outright and escalated to our Trust & Safety team. Captions are screened for indicators of minors, trafficking, non-consensual content and solicitation; a match is escalated for investigation.
  • Review queue. Every upload is placed in a pre-publication review queue with the status “Awaiting review”. While it is in the queue it is visible only to the creator who uploaded it and to our reviewers.
  • Human review. A trained Peek reviewer examines the image and the caption against Section 9 and applicable law, including whether every person depicted appears to be an adult, whether there is any indication of non-consent, coercion, trafficking or solicitation, and whether the creator appears to have the rights to the content. Automated tools assist reviewers but never approve content on their own.
  • Decision. The reviewer either approves the post, at which point it is published to the audience the creator selected, or rejects it, in which case it is never published and the creator is told why. Where age or consent is in doubt the reviewer may also require the creator’s age and consent records (Section 10.2) and may suspend the account.
  • Timing. Review is usually completed within 24 hours of upload. Content is not published until it has been reviewed, however long that takes.
  • Second review. A creator who disagrees with a rejection may ask for a second review by a different reviewer at services@thepeekentertainment.com.
  • After publication. Approval is not a guarantee that content complies with these Terms. Published content remains subject to further review, to the complaints process below and to removal at any time.

Complaints and enforcement

  1. Reporting. Anyone — with or without an account — may report content that may be illegal or that violates these Terms, or ask for content in which they appear to be removed: through the “⋯” menu on any post, profile or conversation; the “Report content or request removal” link at the bottom of every page; the public complaint form; services@thepeekentertainment.com; or our payment processor’s complaint form. The full process is in the Complaints & Content Removal Policy.
  2. Timeline. Every complaint is acknowledged with a case number and is reviewed and resolved within five (5) business days. Complaints from a person depicted in content cause that content to be disabled immediately pending review.
  3. Review. In addition to the pre-screening of uploaded content described above, we review published content, profiles, comments and reported messages using trained human reviewers and automated tools, including hash-matching of uploaded images against blocked-content lists and screening of text for indicators of minors, trafficking and solicitation. Automated signals are always confirmed by a person before permanent action.
  4. Outcomes. Depending on the findings we may take no action, remove content, warn, suspend or terminate accounts, withhold or forfeit payouts where lawful, and preserve and disclose information to law enforcement, NCMEC or other authorities. We may disable content or accounts without notice where there is a risk to safety or a legal requirement, and will notify the account owner of the action and the reasons as soon as practicable.
  5. Appeals. Both the complainant and the content owner may appeal any decision within 14 days from the case page, the decision email, or services@thepeekentertainment.com. Appeals are decided by a different reviewer within 5 business days. If either party still disagrees after the appeal, the dispute will be referred to an independent neutral body at Peek Entertainment’s expense, and Peek Entertainment will implement the neutral body’s decision, including reinstating or removing content.
  6. Blocking. You can block any account from the “⋯” menu. Blocked accounts cannot see your profile or content, message you, or subscribe to you, and you will not see theirs. Manage blocks under Profile → Blocked Accounts.
  7. Cooperation. We cooperate with law enforcement and regulators and will comply with valid legal process. We report apparent child sexual abuse material and suspected trafficking as described in our Anti-Trafficking & Exploitation Policy.

We respect intellectual property and respond to notices of alleged infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. Our full procedure, including how to send a notice or counter-notice and our repeat-infringer policy, is in the DMCA & Copyright Policy.

14. Peek’s intellectual property

The Service, including the Peek name, “ee” logo, design, software, text and all materials other than user content, is owned by Peek Entertainment or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. Except for the limited licence in Section 8, no rights are granted to you. You may not use our marks without written permission.

15. Preview features and platform-operated accounts

The Service may include features labelled preview, beta or demo, which may change or be withdrawn without notice. Peek may also operate accounts and publish content for demonstration, testing or promotional purposes. Such accounts are operated by or on behalf of Peek Entertainment, cannot be messaged for real interaction, are excluded from member communications, and are never presented as a basis for a paid subscription without disclosure.

16. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties for hosting, database, email, age verification, payments and push delivery (listed in the Privacy Policy). Their services are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services or for links users post to external sites.

17. Termination and account deletion

  1. By you. You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account under Profile → Personal Details → Delete my account (or by emailing services@thepeekentertainment.com from your account email). Deletion cancels your subscriptions, ends subscriptions to your page if you are a creator, and removes your profile, content and messages; earned balances are paid out on the normal schedule after any holding period.
  2. By us. We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, if required by law or our payment processor, if your account is inactive for over 24 months, or if we discontinue the Service.
  3. Effect. On termination your licence to view content ends, your active subscriptions are cancelled (no refund for the remaining period where termination is for breach), and your content will be removed from public view. Suspensions and terminations for breach may be appealed under Section 12.5. Sections that by their nature should survive (including 7.2, 8, 18–22) survive.

18. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. PEEK ENTERTAINMENT DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE, THAT ANY CREATOR IS WHO THEY CLAIM TO BE BEYOND THE VERIFICATION WE DESCRIBE, OR THAT ANY CONTENT IS ACCURATE OR LAWFUL. YOU INTERACT WITH OTHER USERS AT YOUR OWN RISK. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so some of the above may not apply to you.

19. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PEEK ENTERTAINMENT, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL OR REPUTATION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS, HOWEVER CAUSED. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS IN ANY 12-MONTH PERIOD WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US (MEMBERS) OR WE PAID YOU (CREATORS) IN THAT PERIOD AND (B) US$100. These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law.

20. Indemnification

You will defend, indemnify and hold harmless Peek Entertainment and its affiliates, officers, employees and agents from any claims, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of Your Content, your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right, including any claim by a person depicted in your content.

21. Dispute resolution, arbitration and class-action waiver

Please read carefully — this affects your legal rights.

  1. Informal resolution first. Before filing a claim, email services@thepeekentertainment.com with a description of the dispute and give us 60 days to resolve it.
  2. Binding arbitration. Any dispute that is not resolved informally will be settled by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court, except that either party may bring individual claims in small-claims court or seek injunctive relief for intellectual-property infringement or unauthorised access. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this Section. Arbitration may be conducted by video or telephone.
  3. Class-action waiver. You and Peek Entertainment agree that disputes will be resolved only on an individual basis and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, consolidated or representative action. If this waiver is found unenforceable for a particular claim, that claim will be decided in court and severed from the arbitration.
  4. Opt-out. You may opt out of arbitration by emailing services@thepeekentertainment.com with the subject “Arbitration opt-out” within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. Opting out does not affect any other part of these Terms.
  5. Governing law and venue. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any court proceedings permitted under this Section will take place in the state or federal courts of the State of Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Consumers in the EU/UK keep any mandatory protections of their home jurisdiction.

22. General

  1. Changes. We may update these Terms. For material changes we will notify you through the Service, your inbox or email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the new Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service and request deletion.
  2. Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the policies they incorporate, are the entire agreement between you and Peek Entertainment regarding the Service.
  3. Severability and waiver. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
  4. Assignment. You may not assign these Terms. We may assign them to an affiliate or a successor in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
  5. Notices. We may notify you at your account email or within the Service. Notices to us go to services@thepeekentertainment.com or Peek Entertainment, LLC, Tampa, Florida, United States.
  6. Export and government use. You will comply with U.S. export laws. The Service is commercial computer software for purposes of government procurement rules.
  7. Language. These Terms are written in English; translations are for convenience only.
