Complaints & Content Removal Policy

Effective September 24, 2026 · Last updated October 1, 2026

This policy explains how anyone can report content on Peek that may be illegal or that violates our Terms of Service (our “Standards”), how Peek Entertainment, LLC (“Peek Entertainment”) reviews those reports, what can happen as a result, and how to appeal. It also sets out the process for any person who appears in content to have it removed. A link to this policy appears on every page of Peek where content is shown.

In short: anyone can file a complaint, with or without an account. We acknowledge every complaint, review it, and resolve it within five (5) business days. You can appeal any decision. If you still disagree after the appeal, the dispute is referred to an independent neutral body at Peek Entertainment’s expense, and we abide by its decision.

1. What you can report

  • Content involving anyone under 18, or that sexualises a minor (real, apparent or AI-generated).
  • Content in which you (or someone you represent) appear and did not consent, or have withdrawn consent.
  • Content produced through trafficking, force, fraud or coercion, or that advertises in-person sexual services.
  • Non-consensual or private intimate imagery, hidden-camera content, or content of someone unable to consent.
  • Copyright or trademark infringement (see also the DMCA & Copyright Policy).
  • Harassment, threats, hate, doxxing, impersonation, spam, scams, off-platform payment solicitation, or anything else that violates the Standards or applicable law.

2. How to file a complaint

  • In the app: tap the “⋯” menu on any post, profile or conversation and choose Report, or use the “Report content or request removal” link at the bottom of every page.
  • Without an account: use our public complaint form.
  • By email: services@thepeekentertainment.com.
  • Through our payment processor: complaints / take-down request. Complaints received this way are handled under exactly the same process and timelines.

Please tell us where the content is (a link or the creator’s handle), what the problem is, and, if you appear in the content, that you are the person depicted. You do not have to prove anything to file a complaint; we will investigate.

3. Acknowledgement and timeline

  1. Every complaint receives a case number and an acknowledgement by email (or in-app notification) immediately on receipt.
  2. All complaints are reviewed and resolved within five (5) business days of receipt. Complaints involving minors, non-consent, trafficking, or a person depicted are handled first, typically within 24 hours.
  3. You can check the status of your case at any time at peek.social/complaints/status using your case number and email.
  4. You will be notified of the outcome, in writing, when the case is resolved.

4. Requests from people who appear in content

If you appear in content on Peek and did not consent to it, or wish to withdraw your consent, you may ask for it to be removed at any time using any channel in Section 2 and selecting “I appear in this content”.

  1. Immediate action. The content you identify is disabled from public view as soon as your request is received, before any investigation, so that it cannot be seen while we review.
  2. Investigation. We contact the creator, request the age and consent records they are required to hold under our Terms and 18 U.S.C. § 2257, and review any evidence you provide. We may ask you to confirm your identity in a privacy-protecting way (for example, through our verification partner) so that we can be sure the request is genuine.
  3. Outcome. If consent was not given, cannot be shown, or is void under applicable law (for example because it was obtained by fraud or coercion, or the person was a minor), the content is permanently removed and, where appropriate, the creator’s account is actioned and the matter is reported to authorities. If valid consent is shown and no other violation exists, the content may be restored; you will be told why and may appeal.

5. How we review

  1. A trained Trust & Safety reviewer opens the case and, where the complaint indicates serious harm, disables the content immediately pending review.
  2. The reviewer examines the content and its context, the reporter’s information, the account history, our automated screening signals (including image hash-matching and text screening), and any records obtained from the creator.
  3. The reviewer decides whether the content or conduct violates the Standards or the law and records the decision, the reasons, and the action taken.
  4. Both the complainant and the content owner are notified of the decision. The content owner is told what was removed and why, and how to appeal; we do not disclose the complainant’s identity.
  5. We preserve evidence as required by law (including 18 U.S.C. § 2258A) and report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children and law enforcement where required or appropriate, as described in our Anti-Trafficking & Exploitation Policy.

6. Possible outcomes

  • No violation found — the content stays up (and is restored if it was temporarily disabled).
  • Content removed — the specific post, message or profile element is permanently removed.
  • Warning — the account owner is notified and a strike recorded.
  • Account suspended — the account is disabled for a period or pending further review; payouts may be held.
  • Account terminated — the account is permanently closed, remaining content removed, and the person barred from re-registering; funds may be withheld or forfeited where lawful.
  • Referral to authorities — in addition to any of the above, the matter is reported to NCMEC and/or law enforcement.

7. Appeals

  1. Who can appeal. Either the complainant or the owner of the content may appeal a decision.
  2. How and when. Appeal from the case status page, from the decision email, or by emailing services@thepeekentertainment.com with your case number, within 14 days of the decision. Explain why you believe the decision was wrong and include any new information.
  3. Independent second review. Appeals are reviewed by a different team member than the one who made the original decision. The appeal reviewer looks at the case afresh and decides within five (5) business days whether to uphold or overturn the decision. You are notified in writing with reasons.
  4. Neutral body. If, after the appeal, either party still disagrees with the outcome, they may ask for the dispute to be resolved by an independent neutral body — an accredited mediation/arbitration provider or a qualified independent reviewer not employed by Peek Entertainment — at Peek Entertainment’s expense. Request this from the case page or by email. Peek Entertainment will provide the neutral body with the case record, will not interfere with its review, and will implement its decision, including reinstating or permanently removing content. The neutral body’s decision is final as between Peek Entertainment and the parties, without limiting anyone’s rights under applicable law.
  5. Content that has been disabled stays disabled during the appeal and neutral review, unless the appeal is brought by the complainant against a decision to leave content up, in which case the content remains available.

8. What creators must do

As a condition of the Creator Terms, creators must respond to record requests within 48 hours, cooperate with reviews, appeals and neutral review, and must not retaliate against a complainant. Content that cannot be documented is removed. Repeated or serious violations lead to termination.

9. Misuse of this process

Filing knowingly false complaints, or using this process to harass a creator, violates our Terms and may result in account action. We never penalise good-faith reports, even if no violation is found.
